1. Apply a water-based lubricant like Water Based Lubricant to the exerciser.

4. Complete 3 sets of 10–15 reps daily.
5. Progress to heavier weights every 4–6 weeks (or as guided by your health provider).

🧼 Care Instructions

Wash before and after each use with warm water and Cleansing Mist. Pat dry and store in a clean, dry space. Do not use with tampons. Can be used during menstruation with a pad only.
