Hi, I’m Nadine.

I’m a Midwest mama of two, married to my high school crush, a certified sexual health educator, a creator, and the woman behind The Inner Vibe.

My story begins with a girl who didn’t understand her body.

Growing up, sex wasn’t something we talked about openly. Puberty was framed as a celebration of “becoming a woman,” but no one explained the pain, the hormones, or the emotional weight that could come with it. I remember having intense period pain before I even officially started my cycle. Years later, doctors would tell me they suspect endometriosis may have been present even then.

My first period came at summer camp. I was embarrassed to tell anyone and spent a full day in pain before finally speaking up. That moment — suffering quietly because I didn’t know how to talk about my body — stayed with me.

Birth control helped for a while. Then it didn’t. Insurance changed, pills changed, my body reacted. Eventually, I chose to come off the pill before starting a family. And then motherhood stretched me in ways I never expected.

After my son was born, in the middle of a pandemic, I experienced my first anxiety attack. Then more followed — cold sweats, brain fog, racing thoughts. I’ve worked closely with doctors and therapists, adjusted medications, and I’m currently pursuing ADHD testing while exploring the possibility of PMDD. Some days it feels like I have the whole alphabet happening inside of me.

But here’s what I’ve learned: understanding your body isn’t weakness. It’s power.

That belief was reinforced years earlier, when I was 19 and attended my first Pure Romance party. It felt taboo — but also freeing. Women were laughing, learning anatomy, asking real questions about pleasure without shame. Something shifted in me.

In 2016, I joined Pure Romance for the discount and a little extra income. It quickly became much more. I became a Certified Sexual Health Educator and spent nearly a decade creating judgment-free spaces where women could learn what we were never properly taught.

I watched women realize they weren’t broken. I watched confidence grow.

When the company shifted to a direct-to-consumer model in 2025 and referred to consultants as “strangers,” I knew my season there was closing. I’m grateful for the knowledge and sisterhood — but it was time to build something that felt fully aligned.

I’ve always loved to create, and around the time my daughter was born, I was gifted a sewing machine. I started small — bowl koozies, keychains — then dresses for her, and eventually for myself. Creating with my hands grounds me. When anxiety feels loud, I stitch. When my mind races, I crochet.

And over time, I realized something important:

Pleasure isn’t only sexual.
Creativity isn’t only decorative.
Both are forms of reconnection.

That realization became The Inner Vibe.

Today, this space brings together everything I’ve lived and learned — sexual health education without shame, body-safe intimacy products, handmade creations, digital guides, and even Shopify website builds for women ready to monetize their gifts.

The Inner Vibe isn’t about perfection.

It’s about reconnection.
